We offer a range of self-contained studios plus 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments for sharing.
All of our rooms are spacious, finished to the highest standards, and feature separate living and study areas.
Some have added features including private terrace gardens or town and sea views.
We have beautifully designed social and study areas, and lots of additional features such as 24/7 gym, free parking, bike storage, vending machines, laundry room, and recreational activities such as pool.
We offer a range of tenancy options, including January move in dates, perfect for Post Graduate study courses.
OUR FLEXIBLE APPROACH
We believe in being transparent & honest when it comes to SPACE living, our rents are inclusive of Student content insurance, utilities, high speed Wifi, onsite customer service and support team with on-campus events.
We understand things can change, so we offer a “no place, no pay” policy, meaning if you are not accepted onto your course we will refund your deposit in full.
We also offer flexibility for those students who have visa or medical considerations, and in addition, we will support you with finding replacement tenants if required.
