Welcome to SPACE, a brand new development of luxury student accommodation just moments from the University of St. Andrews.

With a range of self-contained studios plus 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments to choose from, we have limited availability remaining for the 2024/25 Academic year, with our 2025/26 rooms releasing very soon. Our studios and apartments have been designed for a modern student lifestyle, with many featuring town and sea views, plus options with south-facing outdoor terraces. Our rooms are not only spacious and well equipped, but they also offer superior storage space, as well as separate lounging and study desk areas.

The SPACE campus includes a range of spaces for students, including study pods, presentation rooms, a 24/7 gym, common areas and breakout spaces for study and socializing. With 24-hour onsite support and a packed student event calendar, we have everything you need to feel right at home.

We believe in being transparent & honest when it comes to SPACE living, our rents are inclusive of Student content insurance, utilities, high speed Wifi, onsite customer service and support team with on-campus events

Our Flexible Approach

We understand things can change, so we offer a “no place, no pay” policy, meaning if you are not accepted onto your course we will refund your deposit in full.

We also offer flexibility for those students who have visa or medical considerations, and in addition, we will support you with finding replacement tenants if required.
