With a range of self-contained studios plus 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments to choose from, you can reserve now for move in this September. Our studios and apartments have been designed for a modern student lifestyle, with many featuring town and sea views, plus options with south-facing outdoor terraces. Our rooms are not only spacious and well equipped, but they also offer superior storage space, as well as separate lounging and study desk areas.

We believe in being transparent & honest when it comes to SPACE living, our rents are inclusive of Student content insurance, utilities, high speed Wifi, onsite customer service and support team with on-campus events

Our Flexible Approach

We understand things can change, so we offer a “no place, no pay” policy, meaning if you are not accepted onto your course we will refund your deposit in full.

We also offer flexibility for those students who have visa or medical considerations, and in addition, we will support you with finding replacement tenants if required.
