The Scotsman Group have given an update on their ongoing development of SPACE St. Andrews, a luxury student living campus located in the heart of the town. The development, which has seen the former Kilrymont School converted into a range of studios and shared apartments, is one of the Group’s most ambitious projects to date, and is also their first foray into the student accommodation market.
Offering a range of studios and 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments, many with private terrace gardens and views of the town, have been designed for a modern student lifestyle. The campus also features a gym and several study and social spaces, including bookable private dinner and party rooms. Students will have access to a dedicated shuttle service to enable them to get around town, as well as a range of pedal and e-bikes for use.
The first phase of bedrooms are launching August 2024, and reservations are now being taken. Those wishing to see the accommodation on offer can do so with ease- there is a purpose build show studio located on South Street, with appointments and walk-ins welcome 7 days a week.
